    • Absolutely! I see so many innovations happening. But the organisation remained puzzled in the nett benefits and value created.. it’s important for HR to be the line of defense to protect the value that our employees have built and honed over their career and help to ensure that the expertise can be retained or leveled up for true growth.

    It seems like there two sides to innovation. On one hand everyone is talking about it, is excited and promoting innovation and on the other hand, it is too scary to actually be implemented.

    Does this mean that innovative ideas don’t always translate it innovative actions?

    Which side do you see manifesting at your workplace?
